Yesterday I made this crunchy muesli with sun dried fruit, and it’s already almost finished! Muesli is fairly easy to make and it’s so worth it to have your own home made muesli on the breakfast table.
You will need:
3 cups of oats
1 cup of nuts/seeds of your choice (e.g. sunflower/lins/sesame seeds, cashew/hazel nuts)
½ cup raisins
100 gram Chankwakwa Sundried Tropical mix
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup Chankwakwa Natural Honey
¼ cup brown sugar
Mix together oats and seeds/nuts in large bowl.
Mix olive oil, honey and sugar in a pot, heat up while stirring till everything is dissolved. Pour mixture over oats and stir well. Pour all in to a pan and roast in oven till golden brown, about 15 min, stirring every few minutes.
Leave to cool, and then mix in sun dried fruit and raisins.
That’s it! Now you’ve got your very own muesli to enjoy with your breakfast.
